In it's current format, you build a transport (or any ship of medium large or huge configuration, could be a mothership, cruiser, multi-purpous ship etc) and designate one of the bays for troops.
Each bay can hold up to 2500 ground troops (this includes all their equipment, weapons, air and ground assault vehicles). There are no population migrations. And the player can't displace 1million from one planet to another. If it doesn't make *some* sense 'realistically', you are not likely to see it happen in Horizon. |

Would you be able to explain a little more about ship construction Zaimat? E.g. how many "areas" would we have for build purposes, to include components in ships - engines, shields, turrets, bays etc.
