[1.0.0.92] Movement area should respect ship's orientation
I think the area of movement should be calculated by ship's orientation not by players view on the battlefield. Ccurrently, when a ship moves from top to bottom or vice versa, it has less movement point than when it moves from left to right. As this is space and from the ships point of view it's just an angle and as you have made all sectors squared, I can't see a reason for the elliptic movement area.

Since that linked post (pre-1.0.0.88) we adjusted so moving on the map is equally distributed (which is more elliptical in tactical combat). We did this because maps like supply map/com range/scan range etc looked and worked better. But as per that other thread, there are some constraints we have to work with so we think this is the best option at this time.

This actually gives players a tactical advantage in certain situations, so I won't complain too much
