I have noticed that troops on planets build up really really fast.
Also, there are times when there appears to be an obvious bug where troops simply do not land on planets. The ships report that they are full of troops but landing those troops never appears to happen.
The best I can figure out is that the planet is of a different type than what my race uses but I do have terraformming so this should not be a problem ???
