[1.0.0.94] Eliminated empires are still enemies

After an empire is eliminated it remains on the list of other empires' enemies.

Example:
AI-Barbeck and AI-Tantik are enemies (which from I figured out means they are at war with each other). AI-Tantik is eliminated. When I now check the empire report of AI-Barbeck, the enemies section still lists Tantik.

I don't know if this just happens when player eliminates an empire or if it also occurs if AI is eliminated by another AI. In my example it was player eliminating AI empire
