Thanks for reporting this, we hadn't come across this issue before, I'll certainly look into this.
If you have an issue to report in the meantime you can try this workaround:
1. Under your Documents folder (Start > Documents) there is Horizon Game folder
2. Under Saves, you can remove or move to another directory the backups (the game stores the last 10 autosaves), that should cut the archive size in half or more
3. Run the ErrorReportTool again
