How do you create fleets? Having to select each ship in a group and issue a move order is not fun.

Create Taskforces, hold down ctrl and then click on each ship to merge them into a taskforce. You can also drag a ship from the bottom bar, up to the top bar into another ship or TF, which will also merge that ship into that TF. You can break them up by right clicking on individual ships within the bottom bar when you have a TF selected.
