I would like to invade an enemy planet (I'm at war with Varaian, as usual) but it is DEFENDED - so, if I use the action INVADE I'm warned that it is impossible. I've got the technology TERRAFORMING (level 10) but I don't know how to use it.
All my colonies (on different kind of planets) always have Terraforming: none
