TURN button location on screen

I play the game in 1920x1200 resolution and the TURN button is not in the bottom right corner of the main galaxy screen.

If the solar system display is on the right edge of the screen the turn button moves left so it does not overlap with the 9th planet. When you move the solar system display to the left edge of the screen, the turn button moves slightly to the right but still quite far (200? 300? pixels) from the bottom right corner.

Is this by design? I really wish it was touching the right edge of the screen.

Yes it's by design in that location instead of the corner edge. There is no moving it but shift-enter is the shortcut key if that helps any.
