Please add Diplomacy option to trade technology

I like the option to gain technology via diplomacy but I'd like this feature to be more cooperative. Currently (1.0.0.92) the only option I can choose is to demand technology. There is no way to offer something in return.

My request is:
Let me make an offer to another player to give him something for the tech I desire, either another tech or even multiple ones or ordinary money.

Yes YES !!!! I want to see this too!! A simple little text that says "trade tech" would be so nice.!!

I have to agree with this one.
When someone comes to me and demand I give them something, my instinct is to refuse them, even thought I can ask for something in return.
