Can't Launch Game
When I launch the game on Steam, the Horizon game launcher pops up, but when I click [PLAY], I get a horizon.exe not found error. I've uninstalled and re-installed the game, re-started Steam, and re-started my PC. Nothing helps. Any ideas?

Have a look at any anti-virus or firewall, one of them might be blocking steam from installing the executable

What happens if you go to \Steam\SteamApps\common\Horizon and double-click on "Horizon"?
