I really love this game at the moment, except for the occasional game ending bug.
The current one of much frustration is I randomly lose tens of billions of credits for seemingly no reason. I have a save file where I am currently on turn 84 with 11.37bc gaining +0.61 a turn. However when I end my turn I suddenly go down to -77.5bc with no indication of why but my net income goes up to +0.927 a turn.
Some stats to help you try and replicate:
Scenario: Classic
Qty of Stars: Average
Qty of Anomalies: 6
Qty of Planets: 9/system
Habitable Planets: Common
Special Planets: Rare
Kor'tahz, Har'kan and Varaian have been disabled. Playing as human. I wiped out the Kuntari at around turn 70.

Thanks for the report, I have fixed the bug (had to do with the repairs on buildings when you took over Kuntaria, it wrongly took the cost for upgrade instead). It should be up later today.
In the meantime if you cancel the repairs on that world you won't lose the money, or you can destroy the buildings completely and rebuild them to avoid this bug. Sorry you experienced this issue.
