RESOLVED - Invasion speed

I've invaded Tantik's planet with population 1Billion.
I have 30.000 attackers (+177 Str), only 9 defenders (806 Str).
Combat speed is very slow (it seems that it will take more than 1 hour) and i can't skip it.
I've alredy lost 10.000 attackers, and there are still 9 defenders. Seems very realistic.

Why the result of the invasion are not displayed immediately? It doesn't matter 1 hour or 1 minute - what should I do this time - play Minesweeper?
