RESOLVED - [1.0.0.92] Communication distance messed up

I had a Har'kan colony in communication distance regarding to the overlay on the galaxy map but in the diplomacy screen I couldn't contact that race due to "out of communication range".

I have fixed this issue (next update). On the diplomacy screen the range was calculated a bit too precise vs. what's shown on the map, it will now result in the same result.

That's really nice. It was frustrating to focus research on expanding com range just this one square and then seeing it wasn't enough.
