Disappearing colonizer

So this is my sixth parallel universe or game.
Just a couple issues.

My colonized planet sometimes automatically attacks ships leading to some po'ed aliens telling me I shouldn't be doing that. Apparently rogue planets shooting nuclear missles at visiting aliens is frowned upon in places... but you know us we like our guns....

I had a listening outpost that was attacked by the tantik.
When I looked at the planet screen I had the option to rebuild my colony like it was new.
The colony never built, so sent my colonizer back to the planet, got in system and pressed colonize.
It disappeared. Moment of silence for my Brave crew.
Also having the survey problem where it ends after five planets, but having trouble occasionally surveying the rest. And Surveying systems that were surveyed before as a whole too.

Great fun so far. Love the game.

In the current version 2.34 the AI (on your behalf) may attack any hostile or at war targets in range. In the next update this is changed to only attack if ordered to do so or if attacked first.

Can you verify you have version 2.34 on the main menu with the stargate? If you still encounter these or have the saved games, please send us a report (on the launcher) detailing which planet/system and we can check what's going on.
