The game seemed like a lot of fun at first. Turns were going by quickly, which made the game fun.
Suddenly, "LAUNCH FIGHTER! LAUNCH FIGHTER! LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAU-LAUNCH FIGHTER!"
Every time I hit Turn, every Starship from every race decides to launch their goddamn fighters! The game automatically does this, and I can't stop it or control it. After about a minute of this, it returns back to the star map. I tried exiting out and back in, same thing. It makes the game frustrating and unplayable when every turn I have to wait for this obvious bug. Do I have to start this game over again?

Excellent! I'll restart the game to see if I can get it to happen again, and possibly why, and I'll post any results here.

It was funny in the beginning, but it got old fast and i just removed the fighter bays entirely.

I'm not sure if I should post this in a separate thread or not, but for whatever reason fighter bays seem to spawn ridiculous, endless amounts of fighter squadrons. Over time it tends to get a little bit silly. This is most obvious with star bases, it's like the only thing they ever do is spit out more and more fighters.

It's like they never actually have to recall their old fighters, or they resupply and spit out new ones over and over, I don't know. If it's not a bug though, then I don't know what to do. It's pretty crazy to have to deal with swarms like that.

Both these have been fixed with the current update. Please let us know if any further issues.

Wasnt sure if I should make a new thread, but decided to post this here.
I have noticed that the AI have a tendency to use my fighters as a "shield".
They will shoot at a group of my fighters and take out some of them, then they will move into the same location as the remaining fighters.
This is turn makes it impossible for me to target the AI ships, as they are now "blocked" by my fighters.
I have tried using the tactic myself, but if I mouse over a group of enemy fighters I can only target them, I cannot move into the same locations.
The few times I have managed to get my ships into a position where they are "covered" by the AI fighters, the AI is still able to targets me, while I cannot do the same.
If I move the fighters the next round, the AI will just move into cover behind my fighters again the next time its the AI turn again.
This is very frustrating as the fighters are moved last in every round, which means I cannot target the AI ships with my big ships, only the fighters.
