[1.0.0.92] Diplomatic news is missing the scrollbar

In the turn summary, the diplomatic news part is missing the scrollbar. In a turn full of events I had only 2 news shown in compacted mode, but when I expanded it I could see all of them. There was no scrollbar visible nor did scrolling with mouse wheel work.

[edit]This seems to be an occasional problem though I cannot reliably say when it occurs. It seems to popup when there are entries in all sections below diplomacy and there are more diplomacy entries than available space.[/edit]
