There is one problem with cleansing star system that I recognized recently:
While I can invade as much planets as I want per turn, I cannot attack more than one planet per turn in default mode (two, if enemy strikes back)! It slows my invasions to the crawl rate - especially in good, 6-7 planets systems.
Proposal: can I have "attack planet" order, similar to the "invade" order? And with the same restrictions, i.e. only ships without particular "attack" order will be involved in the any mass activity? (BTW, current situation looks like bug for me, so I'll file it in the correspondent post).
It will make invasions much faster.

This is by design for how the instanced combat works, it gives 1 space engagement per side per sector. Not something we will be able to change with the current system. If you turn-off the instanced combat mode these limitations don't exist but that's another way of playing.
