"Unknown" known planets

If I am colonizing planet, it immediately became surveyed. It's ok.

But if I am receiving enemy planet (right now it is possible only with demanding system, but I see no obstacles to implement it with single planet too) - this planet remains non-surveyed, regardless of having defenses, orbital stations and several millions of a population.

Looks wrong for me.

You are right. I've made it so planet will be set surveyed on transfer to new owner. Thanks!
